User status message+emoji/icon

Add a status/availability for users that turns on when they start doing thing on RoutineHub, and turns off after a period of inactivity. Users can also manually configure their status, use custom messages or emojis, and can set how long they want it to stay that way for (including automatic). Automatic status updates can be changed in the user’s settings, and a small badge with the emoji or color displays next to a user’s name in a shortcut page or in comments, and on a user’s public page, it shows as a circle around their avatar when using color, and the emoji + status message shows on the bottom right corner of the avatar (kinda like GitHub style).
